Foods Natural Immunity
Everyone has heard the old adage that “an apple a day keeps
the doctor away”, but is this really
true?
And, I’m sure that your mother
or grandmother has had some little quirk about this fruit or
that vegetable being good for this or that and you have to eat
it to grow strong, right?Well, here are some foods that can
help you with their foods natural immunity to keep your body in
good working order.
Although most people now are totally “anti-carbohydrates”,
there are some good ones that you should not cut out of your
diet. These good carbs help to keep your body going, by
giving you the energy that you need to make it through the day
and help your body kick any disease that comes along.
Here are some examples: brown rice, oatmeal, shredded wheat,
whole-wheat crackers or breads, and other whole grains like
barley. Each of these carbs can help your body more than
the bad ones will hurt it, so you don’t need to cut these out
of your diet. Bad carbs are things like: sugar, honey,
candies, and sodas. These need to be limited or
completely cut out.
Proteins are also helpful in making sure that your body has
the energy that it needs. They also help to boost your
immune system so it has the resources to kill viruses and germs
that come along and try to make you sick. Proteins also
help your intestines to function properly. Here are some
examples of good proteins that you should eat a lot of: white
turkey, ham, chicken, fish, some red meats that are very lean,
peanuts, peanut butter, and some soy products. Now, there
are some things that you can do to foods to help boost the
proteins you get into your body, like removing the skin off
chicken and turkey and cut the
fat off of any steaks (both beef or pork) that you
cook.
Just remember that these are only a few of the foods out
there that can help you to boost your immune system and live a
healthier life. You can use foods natural immunity to
help your body be healthier and live longer.
