How do you choose which health products and whole food
supplements to use? There are so many choices, and so
much conflicting information about them that it is very
difficult to decide what you need.
The first place to look is at your own health. Are you
healthy? If your weight is okay and your health is good,
a healthy organic diet and a good whole food multivitamine is
probably all you need.
If, however, you are
overweight, chronically tired or have health problems, you may
want to add some specific health products whole food
supplements to your diet. A naturopath or herbalist can
advise you what supplements are best for you.

reliable, recognizable sources. If you don’t know which
companies have a reputation for providing safe, high quality

pharmacist to see if there could be drug interactions with the
supplements you want to take.
